a square hearth oven that holds up to 40 loaves. When the loaves are baking there is no fire in the oven but the heat comes from pre-heated bricks whereas there is still a fire in when cooking pizzas.

Pre-fabricated components. The installation was very poorly done. Among the issues are poor insulation, a poorly installed oven floor with uneven bricks and gaps, a poorly fitting door which is important for bread baking and generally poor finish work.
